• Follow this link to Mike's software page where you will find a number of software packages and tools created in collaborations with students, postdocs and associates. These are all freely available to interested researchers.

  The software includes several packages for Bayesian modelling in time series, sparse large-scale factor analysis and regression modelling, graphical models, mixture modelling and multivariate clustering/discrimination, variable selection and stochastic search, prediction tree modelling, image analysis, and graphical visualization tools, among others.
